After more then 20 years teaching in big franchises and small independent studios, I learned one thing, The dance world often teaches things you’ll never actually use in real life, that never sat right with me. Zepeda Dance Experience was born from my desire to give people the skill they actually need when they’re out “in the wild”. I specialize in showing dancers what really happens on the floor, from the tiny details they feel but cant describe, to the real world situations that other studios overlook. Clients often tell me they’re shocked by how accurately I understand their struggles and how easily I can guide them through them. Wedding choreography is one of my biggest inspirations, seeing the final dance on their big day is truly one of the best feelings in the world, and when it comes to social dancing, I love teaching the nerdy, practical details that dancers will use every single time they step onto the floor.
